TRIAL VERSIONS:
Please read this page before downloading any of the trials or samples.
Trials are suitable for use on single computers only ( a multi-user version of the full product is available ). The trial downloads are unfortunately large since they are completely self contained, and include the complete database engine etc. It does however mean that installation should be reliable!
The trial can be un-installed using the standard Windows "Add/Remove Programs" from the windows control panel.
For trial versions, login with USERNAME: USER, and Password: USER.
Requirements:
Approx 7Mb disk space.
- Windows NT4, 98, 2000, XP
- Screen Resolution of 800x600 or more.
- For exporting reports in Excel format, requires MSExcel 97, 2000, XP .
- For email facility requires an email client (Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird etc)
The download is a single file (approx 9Mb), which will install the program, database (pre-loaded with some sample data), our help system and all supporting files.
The trial versions of the software include full context sensitive help files. Please read them to understand the software and it's capabilities!
Simply download a trial by clicking on one of the links below.
Note: This is a standard windows installer package. It will install to C:\Program Files\CP Software\(The Application Name). Reports will be stored in the Reports subdirectory.
Icons will be added to the desktop Program Menu. Once installation is complete, click the desktop icon on the desktop to start the application.
CAR PARKS Trial Version
The trial version can be downloaded from the link below. It is a fully functional version but time limited and with a maximum of 200 bookings.
Once installed, click the desktop icon and login to "Parking" with USERNAME: USER, Password: USER.
There is some sample data already entered, for "Main" and "Executive" Car Park areas.
In the "images" subdirectory are a couple of sample images of parking permits, which demonstrates how the printed parking permits that are generated by the software can be customised easily.

POOL CARS (Vehicle Management Software) Trial
The trial version can be downloaded from the link below. It is a fully functional version but time limited and with a maximum of 200 bookings.
Login to TrackCar with USERNAME: USER, Password: USER.
There are some sample bookings already entered for you. To see them use the "Bookings" page and use the calendar icon (top right of the screen) to select a date between 18th and 31st July 2005., or just click the "Prev Week" button to move backwards to July..

Using an "Excel-type" of grid display, two synchronised grids give an overview and a "close-up" view of the selected area. The demonstration enables you to see at a glance whether a vehicle is available, who has booked it etc. Also some unique features - the bookings for each person are shown in a different colour - have a look - without becoming too cluttered. And with a single click you can highlight just the bookings for an individual, so it's simple to give an instant answer to the "when do I have a car booked?" type of question!
The display can be set to show the hours in your standard working day, or all 24, there are columns for bookings outside normal hours or overnight.
The detail grid can "zoom" to suit your needs, and meet accessibility requirements too.
