Tracker Purchase Order Processing is a self contained Purchase Order Processing package, developed for departmental use in larger companies. Of course it can also be used for smaller companies as well, and has some significant advantages over the more conventional financial packages.
Tracker is designed to create and track company purchase orders, and provide accurate budget status. Progress can be tracked to whatever level is needed - delivery note details, invoice details are all reconciled to the original order, and the relevant budgets are updated. Partial deliveries and multi-part invoices are no problem!
Of course it's multi-user, and offers flexibility in handling revenue and capital budgets, within or across multiple departments. Unlike many similar products on the market, it does not attempt to cover too much ground (such as sales, CRM etc), but concentrates on providing excellent features and performance relevant to the departmental tracking of orders, deliveries and invoices. Year-end features and budget control are fully integrated.
Of course it still includes full budget control, and can be configured to handle departmental authorisations, order approvals etc. to suit a wide range of business models - it works how you want to work, rather than imposing new procedures upon you.
