Car Parking Administration

The Car Parks administration system is designed to allow easy management of parking spaces in multiple car parks. It can also manage other "general purpose" areas - such as storage areas, meeting rooms, offices etc.
With the increasing pressure on space, many companies are introducing charges for employee parking, and the CarParks software is particularly suitable for this, or other long-term contract parking arrangements.
Easy to set-up, with flexible charging options for each area, including the ability to vary the charges (for example "no-charge" on a Saturday and/or Sunday)
Bookings can be easily copied, amended or deleted. Budget codes can be allocated for charging, and flexible reports allow the monitoring of utilisation, charges and costs, departmental overheads etc.
The Car Parks software can be used either as a stand-alone solution, or integrated with our Pool Cars administration software.
