Current Applications - Now Windows and Web-Based

Some of our current applications are described briefly below - more detail is available by selecting one of the menu links on the left. Trial or example versions are available on the downloads page.

We also develop conventional (MS Windows) applications, and also data-based Web Applications, using Web technologies such as HTML, PHP, MySQL etc.

MARCH 2006 - Our latest development is a web-based version of our "Tracker" product. This is easily installed and clients can immediately access it from their existing browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer or Firefox ).

Tracker- Purchase Order ProcessingTracker is designed to create and track purchase orders, together with the Goods Received Notes and Invoices, and provide accurate budget status.

Tracker is available in two versions - either "Web-based" using your favorite browser, or as a Windows application.

Ideal either for departments within large companies, or for smaller companies, Tracker has some significant advantages over the more conventional packages, and the focus is on time-saving and ease of use.

As orders are placed and invoices received the budgets are automatically updated.

Tracker has many advanced features too - for example, partial deliveries and multi-part invoices are no problem!

A comprehensive set of reports make it easy to feel in full control of your ordering and budgets.

For larger organisations, the order numbers can easily be assigned to fit with wider company requirements.

Car Park Administration

More companies are now finding it necessary to charge for the provision of company car parking facilities.

Our CarPark Administration program enables this to be achieved quickly and accurately. The software can handle any mixture of short and long-term parking requirements. Automatic assignment of the most appropriate parking space can be chosen, this uses algorithms to determine the most efficient way to allocate spaces - for example, by ensuring that a short booking is not assigned to a car park space where it may prevent a longer booking being taken subsequently.

The software can handle multiple car parks of any size, and is sufficiently flexible that any other resource can be tracked as well - Conference rooms, meeting rooms etc. .

The "CarParks" application also integrates with our "PoolCar" software (described below) which handles the allocation of company hired and "pool" cars, together with user/departmental charges.

Labels - (Goods IN/OUT)The Despatch Label program is designed for a busy goods in/out department, but can be easily adapted to any other application that requires custom labels.

Interfacing directly to a special heavy duty label printer ("Zebra" printer) labels can be easily created, with detais of your choice.

Properly administering the despatch and delivery of goods within a company can be difficult - but if goods go "missing", or are not properly monitored, valuable time can be wasted chasing suppliers or tracing the goods.

It provides the basis for an efficient and accurate operation, and provides printed labels for goods tracking.

By reducing "wastage" and enabling an accurate and efficient goods handling operaton, the software can easily pay for itself in a few months.

Pool Cars - Vehicle Administration & Fleet Management Trial download available here

Managing a fleet of vehicles can be time consuming and complex. This application was developed for a client who has a substantial pool of vehicles which are used by various employees on an ad-hoc basis.

The requirement was to provide a software solution that would enable the client to manage the vehicle fleet and provide an improved level of service to the wider company.

Acting as a separate business unit, the software handles vehicle assignments, together with internal budget codes, charging schemes, and produces full management reports on utilisation, costs and charges, business unit profitability etc. This makes it easy to run an efficient operation meeting any required business objectives - such as internal "break-even"- or target a specific profit figure for the unit.

The PoolCar application also integrates with the "CarParks" application (described above) which handles all aspects of assignment and charging of car parking spaces.
